1. Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
