Refund Policy

At Hala Clothes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.


2. How to Return

  • Contact us at halaclothesshop@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at halaclothesshop@gmail.com with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
